Starting with local competition, progressing through association squads, members of English Karate Federation registered associations and clubs have the opportunity to make it right to the top of international competition  and represent England.

 

Clearly hard work and dedication are a must to get to that level, but it is achieveable for anyone if you want it badly enough.
